Rotary District 5390 welcomes you to buy tickets for its 2023-24 multi prize raffle where 100% of the proceeds raised will be distributed to Montana Rotary Clubs through grants to support civic, and charitable activities in their communities and the world.

If you would like to give Raffle tickets as Holiday or Birthday presents, simply:
1. Make a copy of the ticket(s) you want to give located at the bottom your Raffle Entry Receipt and include it in a gift card.
2. Please keep a record of which tickets you give to each person as the tickets will still be in your name on this website and you will want to let them know if they win one of the prizes.
3. If you would like to make a customized gift card we have included a Word Template created especially for this Raffle.
Raffle Rules:
1. Tickets are intended to be sold to Rotary Club members within the state of Montana, but anybody may purchase raffle tickets and the winners will be notified at the conclusion of the raffle. The District 5390 Foundation is not aware of any restrictions related to sale of these raffle tickets.
2. Tickets will be available, on-line, or by mailing cash or a check with the entry form that can be downloaded from this site until May 19, 2024. Mail-in entries must be received by noon on May 19, 2023. Late mail-in entries will be returned the entrant as soon after receipt as possible. There is no limit to the number of tickets available to sale under the rules of this raffle.
3. The Drawing will be conducted using an on-line selection randomizer at the Rotary District 5390 Conference in Missoula Montana on May 19, 2024.
4. The Proceeds from the raffle, will be deposited to a District 5390 Foundation Account for subsequent distribution to Montana Rotary Clubs requesting grants. Grants will be awarded without regard to the number of tickets sold by or to each respective club’s members. The criteria for such grants will be determined by the District 5390 Foundation Grants Committee (Committee) in accordance with the Foundation’s usual customs and practices. The committee may revise such criterial at any time in its sole discretion, provided however that grants from raffle related funds shall only be made for charitable purposes. All administrative fees related to this raffle and any debit card expenses incurred by the raffle will be paid by the Foundation out of funds other than those raised by this raffle.
5. PRIZES: All prizes awarded by this raffle have been donated by the Sponsors listed on raffle website and are, at the time of this raffle, the property of the District 5390 Foundation.
a. Grand Prize: A brand-new teardrop travel trailer where the winner chooses the color scheme and they custom build it, (Donated by the Rotary Club of Kootenay Valley) (Value: $14,000)
b. Second Prize: A five (5) night stay at a three bed, three bath condo in the Kintla Lodge on the Boardwalk at Whitefish MT during either summer or ski season ((2024-25 Rotary Year, (Donated by David and Brittney Bell – Missoula Centennial Rotary) (Value: $2,500 to $3,000 depending on the season)
c. Third Prize: A two-night stay for two people at District Governor Rick’s Ranch with a whole ranch experience and fishing on one of the best Brook Trout streams in Montana (a 1.5 miles of the Big Hole River) (Donated by DG Rick his wife Nikki Powers and the Rotary Club of Anaconda) (Value: Priceless or $1000 whiuch ever is less)
d. Fourth Prize: A one day inclusive fishing trip for one person on the Clark Fork or Bitterroot River(s) with University of Montana Grizzly Head Football Coach Bobby Hauck as your fishing companion. (Grizzly Hackle Fly Fishing Shop) (Value: $1,200)
e. Fifth through Tenth Prizes: Your first or next Paul Harris Fellowships award to be presented by a Rotary District Officer at one of your regular club meetings. (Donated by Rotary District 5390) (Value: $1,000.00)
f. Club Awards: 500 Paul Harris points to each club that meets their Ticket sales goals and additional 250 points for each additional 50 tickets sold by each club. (Donated by Rotary District 5390)
6. All taxes, insurance and or title obligations are the responsibility of the winners following the delivery of the prize to the winner.
7. Prize Delivery:
a. The Grand Prize will be custom built, and it is the winners’ responsibility to pick it up at the manufacturer’s location.
b. The Second Prize will be mailed to the winner, and it is up to them to contact the owners to arrange timing of the Condo usage.
c. The Third Prize should contact DG Rick Powers to arrange dates of the Ranch Experience.
d. The Fourth Prize winner should contact Grizzly Hackle Fly Shop and Coach Hauck to schedule the float trip.
e. The Fifth through Tenth prizes will be delivered the district designating the awards through The Rotary Foundation.
8. This is a charitable raffle and there are no free tickets available.
9. Deductibility Disclaimer: Despite the fact that the Rotary District 5390 Foundation has registered and qualified under IRC Section 501(c)(3) as a charitable organization, purchasing tickets in this raffle represents your entry into a game of chance with the opportunity to win prizes of varying value. Accordingly, the price of the tickets purchased hereunder are not tax deductible from Federal and State income as a charitable contribution even if you don’t win a prize. In addition, depending on the value of any prize won, you may be required to include its value as income on your 2024 Federal and State Tax Returns
